The Chicks On Speed, electro-punk music band – playing with unusual instruments as high wheel stilettos, a genuine artistic collective designing, giving other meanings to clothes and accessories and creating installations, surreal art-shows – comes in Barcelona during Sub ModaFad 2010 – an event there is during the same time of latest edition of Sonar Festival – featuring art, music and avant-garde fashion to hold a fashion performance organized by in the Barcelona Metro on 17th June 2010 at 6:00 pm and also host the Fashion Party– event outside the ones ideated by Submoda Fad -, organized along with Silvia Prada which will be held on 17th June 2010 in Barcellona at Somos Las. Here it will perform the Chicks on Speed along with Dirty Disco Youth and other underground artists as Kim Ann Foxman, Silvia Prada, Patrick Pulsinger, Tito, Upstart and Ferdiyei. The Chicks on Speed will also show the E-shoes, their music instruments made in collaboration with the French designer Max Kibardin at Sonar Hangar. A not to be missed happening to enjoy the bright creativity of Chicks on Speed who successfully make concrete the paradigm of communication between the arts, asserted yesterday by the German composer Wagner.

Le Chicks On Speed, band di musica electro-punk – che suona insoliti strumenti quali décolletée dai tacchi a spillo, un autentico collettivo artistico che disegna, dando altri significati a vestiti e accessori e crea installazioni, surreali spettacoli artistici – giunge a Barcellona in occasione di Sub ModaFad 2010 – un evento che c’è nello stesso periodo dell’ultima edizione del Sonar Festival che ha quale protagonista l’arte, musica e moda all’avanguardia – per tenere una performance di moda, organizzata da SubModa nella Metro di Barcellona il 17 giugno 2010 alle 18:00 ed anche per ospitare il Fashion Party – evento al di fuori di quelli ideati da Sub ModaFad – organizzato con Silvia Prada che si terrà il 17 giugno 2010 a Barcellona presso il Somos Las. Ivi si esibiranno le Chicks on Speed unitamente a Dirty Disco Youth ed altri artisti underground quali Kim Ann Foxman, Silvia Prada, Patrick Pulsinger, Tito, Upstart e Ferdiyei. Le Chicks on Speed esporranno anche E-shoes, i loro strumenti musicali realizzati in collaborazione con il designer francese Max Kibardin all’ Hangar del Sonar.
